For employers
- No, and that's on purpose. You run your own hiring and make every call. We just make it much quicker to find the right people, without an agency fee on top.
- Sign up as a business, add a few details about your company, then post your role. It's free, and it doesn't take long.
- 30 days. You can renew it for another 30 days, and you can close it whenever you like.
- Essentials and Pro include 1 live role, and Enterprise includes 3. Need another one? You can add an extra role for 3 tokens.
- Yes. If you find someone great in candidate search, invite them to apply to one of your live roles. Once they've applied, you can unlock them.
- Yes. Tick the box to keep it off the public post. We'll still use it behind the scenes, so you're matched with people whose rates fit.
- Yes. You can add up to 10 screening questions to every role at no cost. Use them for your deal-breakers, like on-site days or notice periods, and only spend time on people who tick the boxes. Want to hear from them on video too? Adding a video question is 1 token, and you can watch the answers once you've unlocked someone.
- They can still apply, but we flag them in your applicant list, so you can see at a glance who doesn't meet your must-haves.
- Up to 90 seconds.
- You can unlock professionals from candidate search as well as from your applicant lists.
- Every profile shows the person's visa status, so you know what's involved before you unlock.
- Not yet, but it's coming soon. You can add a short message when you invite someone to apply. Once you unlock them, you'll have their contact details so you can get in touch directly.
- Not yet. Team accounts are on our list.
For professionals
- No, never. FlexPerts is free for professionals. Businesses pay to unlock profiles, not you.
- Only a business that unlocks your profile. Until then, they can see your experience and skills, but not your name, photo, past employers or contact details, and they can't download your CV.
- Only businesses that have unlocked your profile. Nobody else can see them.
- That's fine. You can set your availability from 5 hours a week, and we'll match you with roles that fit around it.
- Not at all. FlexPerts was built with people like you in mind. Your experience didn't disappear because you took time out for family, caring or study.
- Yes. Add the minimum hourly, daily or monthly rate you'd accept. You can keep it private, and we'll still use it behind the scenes, so you're not matched with roles that don't pay what you need.
- The business sees your profile and your answers to their screening questions. If they'd like to talk, they unlock your profile and get in touch with you directly.
- Yes. If a business decides not to go ahead, you'll see it in your dashboard. No more applying into a black hole.
- Yes, any time while the role is still open.
- You can hide your profile from our public directory in your privacy settings. Businesses on FlexPerts can still find you in candidate search. You can also choose whether businesses see your rate.
Pricing and tokens
- Posting roles, browsing profiles and up to 10 screening questions per role are all free. You only pay to unlock someone's contact details, from AED 150 each, and a video screening question is 1 token. If you hire regularly, a subscription works out cheaper. See pricing
- A simple rule: if you'll unlock fewer than 5 people, stay on Essentials and buy tokens as you go. Five or more, and Pro is the better deal. It costs less than five single unlocks and gives you ten.
- Yes, for 60 days from the day you get them. After that they expire. We always use your oldest tokens first, so they don't go to waste.
- The profile is hidden again. If you'd like to see their details after that, it's another token to unlock it.
- You can upgrade any time. If you downgrade, it kicks in at your next renewal. If you cancel, you keep everything until the end of your billing period, and any unused tokens stay until they expire, 60 days after you got them.
- If you're on an annual plan, yes, for up to 60 days. We'll push your end date back by however long you paused.
- By card. You can buy a plan or top up your tokens from your billing page.
Flexible work
- Part-time just means fewer hours than a full-time role. Fractional is usually a senior person, like a CFO or HR director, who works part-time for one business or a few. Senior expertise, without the full-time salary.
