What this role will achieve
We have registered for a Concierge platform to assist on-site with an event - Kaspar. This Manager would need to be familiar with the platform to assist guests on-site who come up asking for their ticket and / or parking pass for a Golf Tournament. All tickets and parking passes would be uploaded under the guest's name on this platform.
Key responsibilities
Outcome would be to ensure to catch every guest on-site to ensure they each have a ticket and / or parking pass. Manager will also be supported by Coordinator who will be in charge of printing tickets.
Must-have skills and qualifications
Able to work fluidly with a laptop, speaks good English, presentable and smart with reasonable computer platform knowledge.
Nice-to-have skills and qualifications
Customer Service will be a major bonus, as well as events experience and hospitality etiquette
